Circular

The CAO offers members the benefit of including flyers and invitations as part of our Circular newsletter Mailings. Offered once per season, the mail-outs have helped to spread the word about local projects and events to CAO members. This service is provided to members in good standing at no charge. In the past year over 23,430 inserts were distributed!

For inserts that weighs more than 25 grams the following rates will apply per mailing:

• 25g to 50g the fee will be $70
• 50g to 75g the fee will be $140
• 75g to 100g the fee will be $210
• 100g to 150g the fee will be $280

We're delighted to see how well this service has been used in the past and we encourage your continued participation.

Please ensure that all your print material for inclusion is received in the office a week before the Mailout. We need approximately 370 copies.

E-news Deadline Notice

The monthly e-news proves to be a great way to get your event and opportunities to a wide audience. In addition to being sent to all CAO members it is posted on our website.

Please submit your event information directly to us for inclusion in the e-news. We need to have it in plain text format or Word. Make it concise and get it to us a week before the e-news is distributed to ensure its listing.
